High-impact creative growth strategy for companies on the rise.

I buy and build businesses I’d want to run forever.

Patient capital for founders who care about what they’re building.

Most investors want you to grow fast, exit faster, and move on. I’m different. I’m looking for founders who’ve built something meaningful and want a partner who’ll help it grow sustainably—without the pressure to sell, scale recklessly, or compromise what makes it special.

Think of me as the person who actually wants to own your business for the long term. Not flip it. Not strip it. Just run it well and let it compound.

You might be a fit if:

✓ You’ve built a profitable business doing $500K–$5M in revenue ✓ You’re tired of the VC treadmill and want off the “scale-or-die” hamster wheel ✓ You want to cash out some chips but stay involved (or step away entirely) ✓ Your business has strong fundamentals but needs strategic help to reach the next level ✓ You care about what happens to your team, customers, and community after you sell

What makes this different:

No forced exits. I’m not buying your business to flip it in 3 years. I’m buying it to run it for decades.

Founder-friendly terms. I work with your timeline, your transition preferences, and your legacy goals. This is your life’s work—it should be treated that way.

You can stay or go. Want to stay on as CEO with less stress? Great. Want to transition out and pursue your next thing? Also great. Want to stay involved as an advisor? Perfect.

Fair valuations. I pay fair prices for good businesses. No lowball offers, no trying to steal your life’s work. Just honest, straightforward math.

Fast decisions. If we’re aligned, you’ll have an answer in weeks, not months. And you’ll actually talk to me—the person making the decision—not 17 associates.

The kind of businesses I love:

Content & Media Companies Publishing, newsletters, podcasts, educational content. Anything with loyal audiences and recurring revenue.

Creator Economy Tools Platforms and services that help creators build sustainable businesses. If creators love it and pay for it reliably, let’s talk.

Agencies & Services Marketing agencies, design studios, strategic consulting. Strong client relationships and recurring revenue models.

Community-Driven Brands Consumer brands built on authentic communities, not paid ads. High repeat rates, strong word-of-mouth, cult followings.

SaaS & Software B2B tools with low churn and strong unit economics. Bonus points if it’s boring and profitable.

What I bring beyond the check:

I’ve built brands for Google, Disney, Eventbrite, and Handshake. I know how to scale without breaking what works.

I understand community. 15+ years studying how audiences behave and what builds lasting loyalty. This is my unfair advantage.

I can operate or hire operators. Depending on what you need, I can step in directly or bring in the right people to run things.

I have a network. Hundreds of creators, strategists, and operators I can tap for your business.

I think long-term. My goal isn’t to squeeze every dollar out this quarter. It’s to build something that’s worth more in 10 years than it is today.

How this works:

1. Initial call (20 min) We talk about your business, what you’ve built, and what you’re looking for. No pitching required—just an honest conversation.

2. Deep dive (1–2 weeks) If there’s mutual interest, I’ll spend time understanding your business, talking to your team, and getting to know your customers.

3. Offer (fast) If it’s a fit, you’ll have a clear, fair offer within 30 days. No games, no “market conditions” surprises.

4. Close & transition (flexible) We structure the deal around your needs. Stay involved, step away, advise—whatever makes sense for you and the business.

Real talk: Who this isn’t for

You need capital to “figure out the business model” → I buy profitable businesses, not expensive experiments.

You want to sell and disappear overnight → Some transition period is usually needed. If you can’t do 30–90 days, this probably won’t work.

Your business depends on you personally for every decision → If the business is just you in a trench coat, we need to talk about systems first.

Why founders work with me:

“I wanted someone who actually understood what I’d built—not just a financial buyer looking at spreadsheets.”

“I was burned out but didn’t want to shut down something my customers loved. This gave me an exit without killing the business.”

“Most buyers wanted to gut the team and automate everything. Annalis wanted to invest in the people and grow sustainably.”

“I got a fair price, stayed on for six months to transition, and now I’m working on my next thing without the weight of the old business on my shoulders.”

Let’s talk.

If you’ve built something real and you’re exploring options, reach out. Even if you’re not ready to sell right now, I’m happy to chat about your business and share what I’ve learned.

Especially good fit if:

  • You’re doing $500K–$5M in revenue
  • You’re profitable (or close)
  • You’ve been running this for 3+ years
  • You have a team and systems in place
  • You’re proud of what you’ve built

In your email, just tell me:

  1. What’s the business?
  2. How long have you been running it?
  3. What are you thinking about for the next chapter?

P.S. Not ready to sell but want to talk strategy? I’m always happy to grab coffee (virtual or real) and trade notes with other founders. No 47-page decks. Just a real conversation.
