During my contract with Handshake, I owned day-to-day publishing, content development, audience engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership, DEIB partners, and the early-career education team. My role focused on translating complex labor-market insights and early-career topics into accessible, high-impact content for Handshake’s rapidly growing professional audience.
I led the messaging strategy for the company’s Series E announcement — producing a launch moment that drove 7,000+ clicks and added more than 600 new followers in a single day. Beyond the announcement, I maintained the brand’s editorial pipeline, shaped thought-leadership narratives, and ensured a consistent, mission-aligned voice across all channels.
