Eventbrite wanted to elevate emerging creators and strengthen brand affinity. I built Creator Crush — a nomination-driven recognition program amplified by editorial storytelling, video, and partner cross-promotion. The campaign spotlighted rising creators across food, music, and culture, generating strong organic engagement, emotional resonance, and a meaningful lift in how creators perceived the brand.

EVENTBRITE: NYE 2020 CAMPAIGN
For Eventbrite’s major 2020 New Year’s Eve push — one of the company’s highest-stakes sales periods — I developed the paid ad campaign and influencer strategy designed to drive ticket sales and establish Eventbrite as the go-to destination for NYE event discovery. My work focused on crafting original editorial content, curating localized event collections for major U.S. cities, and producing story-driven assets amplified with paid spend.

I also managed the influencer component of the campaign, collaborating with seven nightlife, music, and culture tastemakers across NYC, LA, and SF to produce stories, feed posts, and live content expected to reach ~2.5M impressions. To build momentum through December, I created a phased rollout: launching NYE collections, generating mid-month hype through curated influencer reposts, and driving last-minute conversions with countdown-focused messaging.
This combination of original creative, UGC amplification, editorial storytelling, and targeted influencer partnerships enabled Eventbrite to boost visibility, reach new audiences, and support creators’ ticket sales during a peak seasonal window.
As a result, this initiative helped reposition Eventbrite as a seasonal discovery destination — not just a transactional ticketing tool.

During my time at Eventbrite, I initiated and led a full audit of the company’s fragmented roster of local and city-specific social accounts. Many were dormant, confusing for customers, or diluting the brand. I built a consolidation strategy that sunsetted unnecessary channels and unified everything under a single, cohesive global presence, improving brand clarity, strengthening the customer journey, and reducing operational drag.
In parallel, I analyzed multi-channel performance and audience behavior to identify high-performing content patterns and growth opportunities. This work helped support a net audience increase of more than 219K followers across Eventbrite’s ecosystem by refining discovery, engagement, and reach.
